What was your biggest fear about becoming an adult?
My anxiety about adulthood was pretty nonspecific. It just seemed like there was so much grownups had to do every day, and nobody really explained much of it to me. Come to find out, it's the same crap you do as a kid, it's just that nobody's going to pick up the slack for you, and if anyone yells at you it's going to be your boss instead of your mom.
So, kids, the lesson: being an adult isn't that exciting. Enjoy being a minor, it'll be over soon enough.
